This ongoing event is put on by @exploreedmonton as a way to draw people to the core and remind them why Edmonton is a beautiful, richly diverse place to live!

Whether you’re a frequent visitor or have never been, why not check out the core of your city? The weather has been beautiful lately, so this is a great opportunity to do something new outside.

So what’s happening during May for Downtown Spark?multiple art exhibits by indigenous artists highlighting the seven ancestral languages of Treaty 6digital art projections (laser light shows!) on the facades of The Winspear Centre, The Citadel Theatre, and the Art Gallery of Alberta

But that’s not all! While you’re downtown, why not check out local shops & boutiques, sit on a restaurant’s extended patio, or just spend a quiet afternoon in a park.
