Our Vision

Movement to MULTIPLY Jesus:   We are called to follow Jesus by making disciples who make disciples who make disciples...

James 2:5 says "Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?"
mosaicHouse Church has created a church planting team who have experienced and worked with people experiencing poverty and homelessness in Edmonton and who have learned from them the richness of faith.
We seek to plant a church that celebrates both cultural and economic diversity in order to make disciples who show love and kindness to each other across all sectors of society in Edmonton.
Below are some of the things we are doing as well as ways we can partner with you.

If you would like to support the new church plant,

please send your gift via etransfer to admin@mosaicHouse.ca

Starting in Alberta Hospital, this program eventually moved the O-day'min Village to partner with the YMCA of Northern Alberta. It is a drop-in open to anyone. We would appreciate snacks for our players as well as teams to join our annual Reggie Sims Memorial Tournament every May.

SLO-PITCH
Since the 90s, there has been a slo-pitch team composed of people experiencing poverty and homelessness. We play May - Aug in the Christian Slo-Pitch League. Feel free to come and cheer us on or bring your glove and play!

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
Many in the inner-city community have gifts and abilities to share. One way to showcase these gifts is through small businesses. Partnering with various agencies, we are planning a social enterprise that uplifts and empowers our community, whether it be woodworking, honey, crafts, or art.
